• Help students from LATAM throughout their learning process.
• Answer questions in chat rooms and mail channels.
• Communicate with the student guidance team.
• Work with a large amount of information and structure it accordingly.
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Support required.
• B1 level of English is needed.
• Customer-oriented with multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
• Remote work environment with flexible schedules.
• Payment of 600 USD gross fixed per month plus up to 200 USD KPI.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Support.
• At least B1 level of English.
• Customer-oriented and able to multitask.
• Understanding of the IT industry and basic programming.
• Experience in help desk or call center roles is a plus.
