Field Sales Representative - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Field Sales Team, you will be responsible for generating new leads and closing contracts with new partner salons in your region.

In Short

• Responsible for customer acquisition from research to contract signing
• Initial contact through phone acquisition and proactive search for new salons via various channels (e.g., social media)
• Target audience includes small beauty salons to medium-sized companies
• Explain our products digitally and in salons to potential partners
• Document activities in our CRM tool 'Salesforce'

Requirements

• Experience in sales and familiarity with achieving set targets
• Empathetic and solution-oriented communication skills
• Competitive mindset and enjoyment of teamwork
• Self-motivated and maintains a positive attitude
• Fluent in German (spoken and written); additional languages are a bonus
