Overview

The People Ops Coordinator will enhance the employee experience from onboarding to exit, managing various HR administrative tasks and collaborating closely with the Office & Happiness Manager.

In Short

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks for Treatwell France employees.
  • Update SIRH and social dashboards.
  • Propose improvements for internal processes.
  • Collaborate with the Office & Happiness Manager on administrative tasks.
  • Progressively take on payroll responsibilities under supervision.
  • Work in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and payroll software.
  • Communicate effectively in English.
  • Foster teamwork and maintain a positive work atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Background in human resources or labor law.
  • Initial experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll/SIRH software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Known for organization, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively and be a supportive team member.
