Overview

The People Operations Coordinator is responsible for the data integrity of all information housed in the company’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system and other HR systems as assigned through accurate data entry, auditing, and ongoing maintenance. This role will provide administrative support to multiple People teams such as People Business Partners, People Systems and Analytics, and Benefits and Wellness.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all People Operations duties in the U.K., Ireland, and Finland.
  • Own all People Operations onboarding tasks.
  • Maintain integrity of company HCM through accurate and timely data processing.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee data.
  • Partner with global People Operations team members.
  • Provide tier 1 People Team support.
  • Utilize HCM to make People Operations process more efficient.
  • Ensure protection and security of all confidential information.
  • Document processes and procedures.
  • Assist with compliance reporting and audits.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR administrative support experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A strong problem-solver with a proactive approach.
  • Eager to learn and develop professionally.
  • Experience with HCMs (Workday is a strong plus).
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • International experience/exposure a plus.
