Overview

Jaan Health, Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated and proactive People Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support various HR functions while fostering a positive workplace culture and employee experience.

In Short

• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
• Support performance management processes by coordinating performance reviews and tracking employee development plans.
• Develop and facilitate employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance workplace morale and culture.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR reporting and analytics.
• Help manage employee benefits administration, including answering questions and facilitating enrollment.
• Support the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Assist with organizing company events, team-building activities, and training sessions.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
• Stay informed of HR trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and strategies.
