Overview

AlphaSense is seeking an Equity Research Associate with a passion for financial modeling to contribute to their public equity model library and make an immediate impact on the business.

In Short

• Build and review financial models for global public companies.
• Update models during earnings season.
• Contribute to model improvements.
• Conduct financial statement analysis and forecasting.
• Develop expertise to support modeling standards.
• Document modeling best practices.
• Support Analysts in providing client service.
• Conduct general research and due diligence.
• Participate in training new team members.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in equity research or financial modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Completion or progress towards a CFA is an asset.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
