Overview

The Research Associate position at EVERSANA involves supporting a variety of strategy, research, and communications projects aimed at improving patient lives in the healthcare and life sciences industry.

In Short

• Conduct structured searches of medical literature.
• Critically review and synthesize medical literature.
• Develop drafts of publications and reports.
• Liaise with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
• Perform quality assurance on written materials.
• Conduct statistical analyses using software like R.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Some travel may be required for client meetings.
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week.
• Overtime may be required to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher in a medical or mathematics-related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with programming software (e.g., VBA) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• MSc or PhD preferred.
