Overview

Harvard Business School is seeking multiple Research Associates to support faculty members in various research methodologies, focusing on topics like digital reskilling and consumer behavior.

• Support faculty in research methodologies including experimental design and data analysis.
• Manage and manipulate data using tools like Python, STATA, R, or MATLAB.
• Collect, clean, synthesize, and analyze data for academic articles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Statistical/programming experience with Python, STATA, R, or MATLAB.
• Familiarity with qualitative research tools for behavioral roles.
• Outstanding academic achievement and independent research experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Interest in AI is preferred.
