The Treatwell team is expanding and we are actively looking for our future stars! You will join a dynamic and motivated sales team to revolutionize the beauty industry.

In Short

  • Boost sales by visiting salons, often without appointments, to pitch Treatwell and close sales.
  • Research and prospect beauty and wellness professionals in your geographical area via phone, internet, CRM, social networks, and direct on-site visits.
  • Obtain appointments and manage sales autonomously until closing.
  • Support partners after contract signing by onboarding them and teaching them how to use our software effectively.
  • Enrich our CRM database with useful information (we use Salesforce, training will be provided).
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide field feedback to refine our sales techniques and approach.
  • Analyze your performance to meet and exceed your objectives.
  • Team spirit is very important, and you will be a key element in fostering and boosting the team!

Requirements

  • No specific degrees required, we prioritize mindset! You enjoy the entrepreneurial world, have a great team spirit, and a taste for challenge.
  • You have prior experience in B2B field prospecting.
  • You are organized and meticulous in managing sales opportunities from creation to administrative closing.
  • You are a natural hunter and can adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable speaking French.
  • You hold a driving license (category B).
  • You are ambitious and motivated by achieving targets.
  • Your positivity is contagious, and you remain upbeat in all circumstances!
  • You can communicate in English orally.
