Overview

Tilt is looking for a Leave Success Manager to join our team and help us scale our business by providing seamless onboarding and ongoing support as employees navigate their leave journey.

In Short

  • Manage the lifecycle of employees on leave through Tilt software.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for employees and their managers.
  • Answer questions around U.S. state and federal leave laws.
  • Advocate for customers by collaborating across departments.
  • Develop platform and industry knowledge around leave management.
  • Communicate with regulatory agencies and third parties as needed.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or support.
  • Passion for helping people navigate complex regulations.
  • Ability to research and interpret policies for a non-policy savvy audience.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge in paid and unpaid Leave of Absence across the U.S.
  • Clear, articulate, and empathetic communication style.
  • Experience with startups or B2B SaaS businesses.
  • Organized and resourceful with the ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with the leave compliance space.
  • Ability to embrace technology and learn new tools.
  • Self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities.
