In Short

  • Lead the sales strategy and execution across the LATAM region.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for revenue growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain close relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
  • Oversee pipeline management and documentation in Salesforce.
  • Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
  • At least 7 years of sales experience in a SaaS company.
  • In-depth experience in the payments ecosystem is a must.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Requirements

  • Residing in LATAM or willing to travel to the region monthly.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful deal closures.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and understand customer needs.
  • A proactive, can-do approach.
  • Self-starter, energetic, and excited to thrive in a startup environment.
