Overview

The Customer Support Engineer at TetraScience will work closely with customers to resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience while addressing performance and scalability challenges.

  • 7+ years of experience in customer support and performance issues.
  • Experience with API troubleshooting and AWS integrations.
  • Familiarity with CloudNative platforms and microservices.
  • Proficient in scripting or programming languages.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with performance and customer support.
  • Experience in resolving technical support issues.
  • Must have troubleshooting experience with API and AWS.
  • Experience with CloudNative platforms and microservices.
  • Familiarity with databases, NoSQL, Kafka, or Elastic Search.
  • Knowledge of Python, PHP, JavaScript, React, Go, or Java.
  • Experience debugging software reliability issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
