Overview

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will work closely with clients to ensure the smooth operation of customer service communication platforms, developing solutions and managing incidents.

In Short

  • Work with AWS Cloud architecture and manage Cloud Contact Center environments.
  • Handle customer inquiries and document issues in the ticket system.
  • Analyze and solve complex problems, adapting to new technologies.
  • Provide expert advice on Cloud Contact Centers.
  • Meet diverse customer requirements in the evolving Amazon Cloud environment.
  • Work with AWS technologies, including Serverless applications and AI.
  • Develop and implement small solutions using NodeJS, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

Requirements

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent experience in IT system administration.
  • Strong customer service orientation and willingness to take responsibility.
  • High motivation for new challenges and a willingness to learn.
  • Ideally, knowledge of programming languages like NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
  • Ability to independently manage smaller projects.
  • Fluent in German and English (B2 level).
