Requirements

• Experience in a client-facing technical role.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to debug and read Python and SQL code.
• Experience with Python scripting and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Experience in SaaS/PaaS customer support.
