Overview

The Business Unit Lead (BUL) is responsible for the operational and strategic development of the TRAINING business area at tecRacer, focusing on expanding the business area profitably while working closely with the management team.

In Short

  • Development and implementation of strategic goals for the business unit.
  • Identification of market trends and business opportunities.
  • Monitoring performance based on KPIs such as revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with central functions like Sales & Marketing.
  • Close coordination with other Business Unit Leads and project leaders.
  • Initiating innovative projects to enhance the portfolio.
  • Maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
  • Supporting and developing People Success Leads.
  • Achieving financial and operational goals.
  • Promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing within teams.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
  • Proven experience in leading a business unit or department.
  • More than 10 years of practical experience in a technology-driven company.
  • In-depth knowledge of market and industry trends.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel.
