Overview

The Founding Account Executive will lead the sales efforts for an early-stage startup in the aviation and enterprise tech industries, focusing on building a sales strategy from the ground up.

In Short

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close
  • Develop strategic outreach strategies to win high-value accounts
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events
  • Build the sales playbook and GTM processes from scratch
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to shape vendor and market strategy
  • Travel frequently to be “in the field” with customers

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B full-cycle sales, ideally SaaS or enterprise tech
  • Strong track record of strategic account hunting and closing
  • Ingenuity in finding ways to break into specific accounts
  • Aviation industry experience is a huge plus
  • Comfortable in early-stage environments with high ambiguity and autonomy
  • Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role
