The Mission: Bringing Behavioral Health into Primary Care. Amplifier Health has built an AI-native platform to help primary care clinics integrate behavioral health services and generate significant revenue.

In Short

  • Build the commercial engine from the ground up.
  • Responsible for prospecting and closing new business.
  • Execute the 'Land & Expand' playbook.
  • Target Multi-Site Primary Care Operators and FQHCs.
  • Forge relationships with C-Suite executives.
  • Own the full sales cycle.
  • Work with co-founders to refine sales strategy.
  • High autonomy and performance-based compensation.
  • Help create a repeatable sales model for future hires.
  • Drive acquisition of the first 10 paying customers.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex buying committees.
  • Experience in building a customer base from scratch.
  • Understanding of behavioral health integration.
  • Ability to articulate ROI to stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and playbooks.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
