Our client is seeking a highly driven and self-motivated Account Executive to join their growing team at the forefront of the PRM (Partner Relationship Management) revolution. As the first Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving outbound sales and expanding their customer base, focusing on introducing their innovative PRM platform to new clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup where you can make a significant impact and have direct ownership of the sales process.

In Short

  • Identify, engage, and convert high-value target accounts using various outbound tactics.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from first contact to close.
  • Build trust with decision-makers by positioning the PRM platform as a strategic solution.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and provide feedback to the product team.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and team members to develop sales strategies.
  • 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS outbound sales experience required.
  • Proven track record in high-velocity sales environments.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales.
  • Proven outbound prospecting and lead qualification skills.
  • Knowledge of partnerships/channel sales teams is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with the ability to meet targets independently.
  • Resilience and persistence in managing sales pipelines.
  • Technical proficiency in using sales tools.
