Overview

As the first Account Executive at Wieldy, you will play a critical role in accelerating revenue and helping to grow the company into the leading solution for orthodontic and dental practices.

In Short

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Drive revenue by identifying and qualifying leads.
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies independently.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on sales strategy and playbook.
  • Build relationships with practice owners and finance leaders.
  • Develop compelling sales materials for customer conversations.
  • Represent Wieldy at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
