The Business Development Manager will drive the business growth of CPS in North America, focusing on developing existing and pipeline customers while ensuring high quality standards for testing needs.

In Short

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sales or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in Retail/Chemical/Testing industry.
  • Proven track record in sales/account management.
  • Knowledge of the production cycle and quality assurance.
  • Strong business knowledge of CPS and its supply chain.
  • Ability to interpret technical information.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills.
  • Client interaction and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and in teams.
