Forestry Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Forestry Analyst will work with the forest carbon project verification team, conducting site visits and performing validation and verification tasks primarily in North America, while also supporting timberland management and GIS analysis.

Requirements

• B.S./B.A. in Forestry or related field.
• 5 years of experience in forestry or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in forest carbon project development preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ESRI GIS software.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
• Ability to work in rugged terrain and adverse weather conditions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to navigate using GPS or map and compass.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
