Application Support Analyst - Salesforce - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for day-to-day operations for the applications you support, delivering reliable infrastructure and application operations according to business expectations across the application portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Computer Science preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in software development and/or technology operations.
• Experience with Salesforce - sales cloud and service cloud.
• Knowledge of data security and integration.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience with AWS/Azure DevOps, Git, and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Organizational and conflict management skills.
