Join our dynamic team as an Application Support Analyst, where you’ll be the go-to expert in delivering top-notch technical assistance to both internal and external Aledade app users.

In Short

Provide technical assistance to app users.
Be the first point of contact for support.
Triage incoming tickets and troubleshoot issues.
Work remotely within the US, specifically in Pacific time zone hours.
Assist users via chat to solve technical problems.
Execute sub-tasks of projects under supervision.
Minimum of one year experience in troubleshooting application issues.
Demonstrate basic competency in HL7 and HIPAA.
Ability to navigate AWS S3 folders.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

One year experience in healthcare application troubleshooting.
Understanding of HL7 SIU, ADT, and HIPAA X12 837.
Experience with AWS S3.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work as a team player.
Associate Degree required.
