In Short

• Provide technical assistance to app users.
• Be the first point of contact for support.
• Triage incoming tickets and troubleshoot issues.
• Work remotely within the US, specifically in Pacific time zone hours.
• Assist users via chat to solve technical problems.
• Execute sub-tasks of projects under supervision.
• Minimum of one year experience in troubleshooting application issues.
• Demonstrate basic competency in HL7 and HIPAA.
• Ability to navigate AWS S3 folders.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• One year experience in healthcare application troubleshooting.
• Understanding of HL7 SIU, ADT, and HIPAA X12 837.
• Experience with AWS S3.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Associate Degree required.
