Overview

Applied Value Technologies is seeking an Application Support Analyst to assist in the delivery of mission- and business-critical application services with internal customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 5-8+ years in IT or application support.
  • Strong application support expertise and database knowledge.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a focus on service excellence.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience operating with SLAs in a production environment.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and learn new technologies.
