Applied Value Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to assist in the delivery of our mission- and business-critical application services with internal customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or similar.
  • Hands-on technical application support experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce - Service Cloud.
  • Experience operating with SLAs in a client-facing role.
  • Proactive communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Collaborative mentality with a focus on results.
