Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team in Singapore.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in SaaS and MarTech.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in web technologies, APIs, and data integrations.
  • Basic programming or SQL knowledge.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and data analytics concepts.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms like Google Ads and HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
