Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in HR as an HRBP.
• Experience in technology transformation in software development organizations.
• Strong consulting skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in organizational design and change management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Innovative mindset with experience in talent management.
• M&A experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates learning agility and strong business acumen.
• Influential storyteller.
