Overview

As a Key Account Manager at Sunbit, you will remotely manage a portfolio of dental accounts, focusing on driving growth and usage of Sunbit's financial technology solutions.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of 350-400 dental accounts.
  • Identify growth opportunities and align business objectives.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in dental practices.
  • Track KPIs to measure account health and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for account-specific strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to partners throughout their journey.
  • Engage with partners virtually to drive growth.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and mastery of Microsoft tools.
  • Experience in the dental industry is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience as an Account Manager.
  • Track record of coaching teams and building processes.
  • Conduct business and financial analysis.
  • Proven track record of achieving quarterly quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mastery of Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Self-motivated and organized with great time management skills.
  • Comfortable with remote work.
  • Account Management experience in the dental industry is preferred.
  • Financing experience is a plus.
