Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and increasing revenue within the sales team.

In Short

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Guide the entire sales process from prospect identification to deal closure.
  • Participate in corporate events such as conferences and trade shows to identify opportunities and represent the company.
  • Manage multiple tasks independently or work in a team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in similar sectors.
  • Experience in solution selling.
  • Understanding and active listening skills.
  • Fluency in German, French, and English; Luxembourgish is a plus.
