Overview

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for driving growth and expanding business opportunities in the sales department, helping companies to find talents and expand into new markets.

In Short

  • Guiding the entire sales process, from identifying leads to closing deals.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the designated area.
  • Following up with customers and collaborating with internal teams using the company CRM system.
  • Continuously supporting customers and providing quality advice to support the company’s growth objectives.
  • Participating in company events such as conferences and trade shows to identify opportunities and represent the company for growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in similar sectors.
  • Experience in “solution selling.”
  • Understanding and active listening.
  • Able to work independently but also as part of a team.
  • Fluent in German, French and English. Luxembourgish is an asset.
