Stäubli is a global manufacturing and mechatronics solution provider seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive sales growth in the Automotive and Plastics markets across Northern UK.

In Short

• Join the Fluid Connectors Division on a permanent basis.
• Responsible for sales and growth in Automotive and Plastics sectors.
• Target 30 customer visits per month.
• Develop business plans with Local Heads of Business.
• Achieve revenue growth through solution selling.
• Prepare and present proposals and negotiate pricing.
• Utilize CRM for sales pipeline management.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver tailored solutions.
• Willing to travel across Northern UK.
• Full UK driving license required.

Requirements

• HNC in Engineering or relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of technical solution sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive and/or plastics sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel.
