Overview

The Stäubli FCS Sales Administrator is responsible for interacting with customers and sales engineers to manage quotations, orders, and inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services and parts.

In Short

• Generate quotations for services and parts.
• Manage customer portal.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Check inventory levels prior to order entry.
• Set up customers in ERP and Stäubli as a vendor.
• Send invoices to customers.
• Communicate with customers to meet expectations.
• Monitor orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with accounting for past due invoices.
• Participate in training and update processes as needed.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with ERP SAP system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
