Robotics Field Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our existing team supporting our Robotics Division, providing coverage for Customers throughout the UK & Ireland.

In Short

• Responding to service and breakdown requests with Customers.
• Diagnosing, repairing and troubleshooting on 4-axis & 6-axis robots.
• Completion of Field Service reports on all customer related activity.
• Liaising with Stäubli France for the return of parts under warranty.
• Basic programming of Robots (Full Training will be provided).
• Included in the 24/7 on call rota for emergency responses.
• Delivering maintenance/user training courses as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years automation and/or technical service experience.
• Full valid UK Drivers licence.
• Valid passport (or capability to get a passport) for international travel.
• Willingness to travel 50% - 70% of the time.
• Experience in electrical/electronic and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings.
