Robotics Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Robotics Service Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining and supporting advanced robotic systems at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Perform tests, repairs, and maintenance of technical installations at customer sites.
• Provide telephone support as part of the helpdesk team in a rotating schedule.
• Responsible for PLC software (Beckhoff) configuration and live testing.
• Train end users and integrators at customer sites and company locations.
• Assist the Commissioning team during installations.
• Identify commercial service opportunities with existing clients.
• Travel across the US, including overnight stays.
• Work on projects throughout the country.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electromechanics or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel for projects, including international.
• Good knowledge of English; French or Dutch is a plus.
• Computer skills: MS Office and Teams.
• Personable, eager to learn, driven, and cheerful attitude.
• Comfortable working at heights.
