Robotics Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Robotics Service Engineer will perform tests, repairs, and maintenance of technical installations at customer sites, providing support and training while traveling nationally and internationally.

In Short

• Perform tests, repairs, and maintenance at customer sites.
• Provide telephone support as part of a helpdesk team in a rotating schedule.
• Responsible for PLC software configuration and live testing.
• Train end users and integrators at customer sites.
• Assist the Commissioning team during installations.
• Identify commercial service opportunities with clients.
• Travel across the US, including overnight stays.
• Engage in various projects across the country.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electromechanics or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel for projects abroad.
• Good knowledge of English; French or Dutch is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and Teams.
• Sociable, eager to learn, driven, and cheerful personality.
• Comfortable with heights.
