Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-driven Sales Administrator to support the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end sales order processing.
• Track commercial terms and ensure integrity of CRM data.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance for order execution.
• Serve as point of contact for internal teams regarding order status.
• Maintain documentation of order workflows.
• Monitor order progress for timely delivery.
• Ensure commercial terms are reflected correctly in contracts.
• Support CRM data quality management initiatives.
• Generate reports and dashboards for sales leadership.
• Engage in additional projects as assigned.

Requirements
