Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• 5+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Flutter.
• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails and AWS.
• Experience focused on developer experience.
• Proactive and collaborative leadership style.
• Ability to create clarity from ambiguity.
