The Senior Associate plays an important role in supporting regulatory oversight of grievance and appeal processes within a mental healthcare organization, focusing on compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Support regulatory compliance by reviewing grievance and appeal cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years in a high-growth startup or healthcare systems.
• Strong understanding of grievance and appeals regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with innovative problem-solving.
• Bonus: Experience in clinical auditing and startup settings.
