Overview

The Senior Associate Compliance will be part of Korea’s Compliance Team, ensuring effective operationalization of compliance programs and providing guidance on healthcare compliance procedures.

• Member of Korea’s Compliance Team.
• Ensure operational effectiveness of compliance programs.

• Develop and implement local compliance training programs.

• Support Compliance audit preparations.
• Design local Healthcare Compliance monitoring activities.
• Maintain Compliance SharePoint site.
• Manage C3 topics at the JAPAC level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Bi-lingual in English preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with cross-border teams preferred.
