Overview

The Senior Compliance Specialist at Spring Health will assist with all matters relating to Information Security compliance, ensuring adherence to various compliance programs and regulations.

• Support IT Compliance team with compliance programs.
• Lead and manage annual assessments and audits.
• Execute Supply Chain and Third Party Vendor Management Program.
• Provide updates and escalations to leadership.
• Manage GRC tool for compliance initiatives.
• Perform internal information security risk assessments.
• Develop necessary plans and policies for compliance.
• Conduct continuous monitoring activities.
• Support remediation tracking and implementation.
• Deliver information security and privacy training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years in a compliance role.
• Experience with Third Party Risk Management programs.
• Knowledge of security frameworks like SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR.
• Understanding of information security trends.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
