Sourcegraph is on a mission to make coding accessible to everyone. We build tools that simplify software development at scale, and we're looking for a Head of Marketing to help us redefine our brand and connect with enterprise customers.

In Short

• Lead and manage Demand Gen, Growth, Marketing Ops, and DevRel teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer teams to craft our marketing narrative.
• Work with enterprise customers to enhance their coding experience.
• Focus on both technical product marketing and brand marketing.
• Drive marketing strategy and execution in the AI developer tools space.
• Utilize data to inform marketing decisions and prioritize initiatives.
• Be hands-on with content creation and social media marketing.
• Engage with a developer audience authentically.
• Contribute to a fast-paced and innovative work environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing or related fields.
• Proven track record of leading successful marketing teams.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, enterprise-focused environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for writing and storytelling.
• Familiarity with coding and developer tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work in the Bay Area office 2-3 days a week is a nice-to-have.
