Overview

As a Technical Support - Subject Matter Expert at SolarEdge, you will be part of a leading company in smart energy technology, providing support for solar products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Answer inbound calls to troubleshoot SolarEdge products.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Schedule calls for better customer experience.
  • Attend weekly training specific to the Subject Matter Expert team.
  • Process RMA’s for damaged or faulty hardware.
  • Maintain open case load for fast response times.
  • Solve technical issues with higher permissions.
  • Review and escalate product trends to Tier–II team.
  • Enforce high-quality communication standards.
  • Spanish speaking is required.

Requirements

  • Two years’ experience in a support center environment.
  • One year solar industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with solar electric products is helpful.
  • Strong typing and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
