Enterprise Account Executive - Nordic Region - Remote

In Short

• Drive significant revenue growth within a select portfolio of large enterprise Nordic accounts.
• Deepen existing customer relationships and expand Smartsheet's footprint.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
• Manage and execute complex, high-value solution-based sales processes.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Accurately forecast sales opportunities and track KPIs.
• Champion Smartsheet's values and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience using MEDDICC and solution selling methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience building strong customer relationships at the executive level.
• Proven ability to drive cross-selling and land new departments.
• Experience working with channel partners.
• Expertise in developing and executing complex sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in a Nordic language is required.
