Overview

As a Sales Executive at SiteMinder, you will become a trusted advisor to small- and medium-sized hotel owners, helping them understand how our products can benefit their property.

In Short

Client acquisition - Creating new opportunities and upselling current customers.
Achieving sales KPIs and targets - finalizing all sales in a timely manner.
Presentation and negotiation - Prepare accurate quotes and develop proposals.
CRM maintenance - Maintain accurate records of business development activities.
Client feedback - Provide feedback on products to the Product Team.

Requirements

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales experience.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Energetic phone presence and great listening skills.
Strong verbal skills for professional communication.
Self-motivation and resilience.
Growth mindset - openness to feedback and coaching.
