Overview

The Sales Executive (Business Assurance) at SGS is responsible for selling and presenting various products and services to clients while conducting market research and managing client interactions.

In Short

  • Sell and present SGS products and services.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through visits and presentations.
  • Manage proposals and client interactions using CertIQ.
  • Track sales performance and provide updates to management.
  • Support business development initiatives.
  • Assist in process improvement and handle client feedback.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good organization skills including report writing.
  • Public speaking skills.
  • Logical problem-solving approach.
  • Self-starter able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Team player with integrity and trustworthiness.
