Requirements

  • 3-5 years of first-line management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in closing complex software deals.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in innovative tech companies (SaaS preferred).
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC.
  • Strong pipeline generation skills.
  • Ability to build C-level relationships.
  • Experience in developing business cases for new spending.
  • Knowledge of deal hygiene practices.
  • Ability to drive strong value selling methodology.
