In Short

  • Conduct discovery calls with potential corporate clients
  • Plan and execute convincing live demos of our platform
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract conclusion
  • Qualify leads (approx. 80% SDR generated, 20% own outreach)
  • Create and follow up on offers and individual presentations
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Team for seamless handovers
  • Proactively acquire new customers through targeted outreach
  • Utilize CRM data and tools for prioritizing leads
  • Analyze conversion rates and sales cycles for performance improvement
  • Participate in events and networking opportunities for lead generation

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS, HR-Tech, or learning environment
  • Passion for the complete sales cycle from the first email to closing
  • Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
  • Independent, structured work ethic with high drive
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (ideally Hubspot), Google Workspace, Slack
