In Short

  • Conducting discovery calls with potential corporate clients.
  • Planning and executing compelling live demos of our platform.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Qualifying leads (approximately 80% SDR generated, 20% own outreach).
  • Creating and following up on offers and individual presentations.
  • Working closely with the Customer Success team for a seamless handover.
  • Proactively acquiring new customers through targeted outreach.
  • Identifying and addressing relevant target groups in HR and L&D.
  • Utilizing CRM data and tools to prioritize leads.
  • Participating in events and networking opportunities for lead generation.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS, HR-Tech, or learning environment.
  • Passion for the complete sales cycle – from the first email to closing.
  • Strong communication skills and confident demeanor.
  • Independent, structured working style with high drive.
  • Very good German skills, good English skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (ideally Hubspot), Google Workspace, Slack.
