Customer Service Representative (Part-Time/Freelance) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and reliable person in Customer Service to professionally support our members, trainers, and internal teams. The role is part-time or freelance, requiring daily availability to ensure continuous service.

In Short

• Independent handling of the email inbox (member inquiries, trainer concerns, internal coordination)
• Preparation and input of training feedback
• Communication with trainers regarding courses, inquiries, and information
• Proactive sending of member emails (e.g., reminders, information, follow-ups)
• Making many small decisions in daily operations – confidently, pragmatically, and well-documented
• Gradually taking 100% ownership of all incoming inquiries in the area of responsibility
• Regular data maintenance regarding member changes

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Very good written communication/mailing skills
• Proficient in using Google Sheets and solid software understanding
• 2–5+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a comparable support/enablement role
• Empathetic, solution-oriented communication
• Conscientious, structured working style
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
• Ability to make many small decisions efficiently and independently
