The Partner Business Development – CRM Transformation leader for the Americas will drive business development initiatives that embed ServiceNow’s CRM technology into partner organizations, ensuring CRM transformation is a core part of their business strategies.

In Short

  • 7+ years in partner business development or enterprise software.
  • Proven success in driving partner-led business initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the CRM market.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
